Ain't that the truth. After extolling the virtues of listening yesterday, I spent the day in my head today. Get set...go, sort, shift, rearrange, prioritise, shelve, file and recycle. And breathe. Roll on a night with friends and family in the great outdoors. Am gonna shake me noggin in the moonlight and let it all out.
